Badami Besan Ladoo

1/3 cup unsalted butter or ghee

 1 cup  ladoo besan    

 1/3 cup sugar 

 1/3 cup chopped almonds       

Elachi powder per taste 

Roast the besan with elachi in melted butter. Turn off the gas when it turns brown.

Allow it to cool for 10 mins. Then add sugar and almonds (if making the  badami besan ladoo). Mix well.  

 Let it cool down completely and then make ladoos.
